Your Best Birth™ presents evidence-based information with an emphasis on informed choice.

Appropriate for all birth plans - we’ll focus on working with your body to achieve a low-intervention, empowered & informed birth experience.
Classes best taken at 20+ weeks but open to anyone at any gestation.
Partners are welcomed and encouraged to attend!

  • Tips and Tricks for the 4th Trimester - practical, fact-based information and a few parenting hacks to make your life easier as you settle in with your new baby.

  • Access to Your Best Birth™ Student Portal full of helpful tips, tricks, and links to some our favorite online and video resources. Great for coming back to the information learned in class.

    : This class is not strictly focused on unmedicated or “natural” birth but will provide a range of evidence-based options and information so you can make the choice that’s right for YOUR best birth.

  • Birth Planning Session - $35

    A one-on-one, 45-minute intensive.

    Best For: Anyone preparing for birth.

    Studies suggest that when Birth Plans have a high degree of compliance, birth outcomes are improved for both the birthing person and baby.

    That’s why it’s important to not only create a Birth Plan, but also feel confident in communicating your preferences to your birth team before and during labor to foster adherence to it.

    Format: You’ll receive a link to a Birth Plan form to complete and a 45 minute call to review your preferences. We will have plenty of time for q&a!
