Birth Planning Session - $35
A one-on-one, 45-minute intensive.
Best For: Anyone preparing for birth.
Studies suggest that when Birth Plans have a high degree of compliance, birth outcomes are improved for both the birthing person and baby.
That’s why it’s important to not only create a Birth Plan, but also feel confident in communicating your preferences to your birth team before and during labor to foster adherence to it.
Format: You’ll receive a link to a Birth Plan form to complete and a 45 minute call to review your preferences. We will have plenty of time for q&a!
